STUDY CIRCLES - Study Circles are regular gatherings of people interested in an in-depth and systematic study of the Bahá'í Holy Writings. The purpose of this study is to gain a deeper understanding of the Holy Word, begin to comprehend the meanings and then find ways to apply the Word to our lives through spiritual transformation and service to humanity.

Study Circles are usually small groups that meet weekly to study a certain theme. They enroll in a class for a period of three to six months. Study is based on a curriculum originally established by the Ruhi Institute. The first book is called Reflections on the Life of the Spirit. Later books in the series include: Arising to Serve, Teaching Children’s Classes, and The Twin Manifestations.

DEEPENING MEETINGS - In addition to Study Circles, Bahá'ís and interested friends often gather informally to read and discuss a particular topic or book. For example weekly deepening meetings have been held every Monday evening at a Bahá'í home to study the book: Creating a New Mind. These gatherings are open to all.
