![]() FIRESIDES - Firesides are informal get-togethers, usually held in the home of a member of the Bahá'í community, to provide an opportunity for individuals to investigate the teachings and history of the Bahá'í Faith in an atmosphere of love and unity. PUBLIC PRESENTATIONS Occasionally, the Bahá'ís of Port Angeles sponsor a special event, such as World Religion Day or Race Unity Day, to celebrate a Bahá'í principle with the wider community. Look for posters and ads announcing these events. LOCAL MEDIA Every Friday a Bahá'í quote appears in the Peninsula Daily News on the Church Directory page. The Port Angeles Visitors Guide has a Bahá'í notice, also. The local cable television carries a Bahá'í announcement on Channel 3. Have you seen them?
